Established in 2012, Milanzi Projects has partnered with leading manufacturers to import and distribute quality products in the electrical, electronics, pumps and tools industries. Our in-house electrical capability include Motor auto lubrication, we supply and maintain motors and auto lubrication systems. Electrical Thermography, Condition monitoring of substation and MCC electrical Panels. We do installations and maintenance of earthling systems. We conduct energy audits and recommend energy savings initiatives to clients. We install and maintain fire protection and suppression systems. We do installations and certification of low voltage electrical systems.

- Installations of Air-condition systems in Heidelberg Mall, concentrating on various sizes of duct works, diffusers, louvers/grilles, toilet fans, axial fans, plant rooms, and canopies. Milanzi Projects was a sub-contractor for HVAC and WBHO
- Installations of Air-condition systems in Rosebank Mall, concentrating on various sizes of duct works, diffusers, louvers/grilles, toilet fans, axial fans, and canopies.
- Installation of canopies and heat extraction system at Pick n Pay Midrand Midway Mews
- Installation of canopies and heat extraction system at Kempton Park Police station
- Management of operations of bulk steel cutting (Plasma Cutting), fabrication and supply of steel products to Medupi Power Station in conjunction with Malitech Engineering and Murray and Roberts
- Laser cutting, bending, laser engraving, and supply of stainless steel tags to Dynamic Instruments for plant identification at Kusile Power station
- An installation partner for SM systems, a duct manufacturing company and contractor for HVAC installations for WBHO construction projects.
